Summary:To provide an endoscope apparatus which can easily grasp which operation is performed by an operator when the operator operates a controller operation switch provided in an endoscope.SOLUTION: An endoscope apparatus comprises: balloons 30, 37; a balloon controller 14; a remote controller 15 which can input plural kinds of balloon operation including inflation operation and shrinkage operation of the balloons 30, 37; a controller operation switch being the controller operation switch (multifunctional switch 29) which is provided in an endoscope 10, operates the balloon controller 14 and can input the plural kinds of balloon operation common to the remote controller 15; and a processor (display control unit 80).
