Abstract | To automate the work of removing welding burn through electrolytic treatment without complicated control.SOLUTION: A weld burn removal device comprises: a moving device including a movable body to which a support of an electrolytic end effector is attached, and at least one actuator for moving the movable body; and a processing circuit for controlling the actuator. The processing circuit is configured to perform electrolytic treatment to control a pump to supply an electrolytic solution to the boundary with an electrolytic solution feeder, and to control the actuator to slide an electrode through a short-circuit prevention cover to the weld burn part of the weld workpiece. The support of the electrolytic end effector has a base attached to the movable body of the moving device and a coupler for connecting the electrode to the base in an angularly displaceable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
