To provide a packaging box capable of suppressing detachment of an insertion piece from an insertion hole.SOLUTION: A packaging box 1 includes: a peripheral wall W formed by a pair of first side walls 10 and a pair of second side walls 11; a pair of upper inner flaps 14 connected to the pair of first side walls 10; and a pair of upper outer flaps 15 connected to the pair of second side walls 11. The upper inner flap 14 has a locking piece 20 (insertion hole 27), and the upper outer flap 15 has a slit 30 cut inward from an outer edge, an insertion piece 31 formed on a tip side of the slit 30, and an insertion fold line 33 including a parallel fold line 34 and an inclined fold line 35. A side region S2 between the slit 30 and the inclined fold line 35 is pulled up with respect to the insertion piece 31 when the upper outer flap 15 is bent at the insertion fold line 33, and a base end of the insertion piece 31 engages with a tip of a narrow portion of the locking piece 20 when the bent portion of the upper outer flap 15 is stretched along the insertion fold line 33 and the insertion piece 31 is inserted into the insertion hole 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】差込穴からの差込片の離脱を抑制することができる包装箱を提供する。【解決手段】包装箱１は、一対の第１側壁１０と一対の第２側壁１１とで形成される周壁Ｗと、一対の第１側壁１０に連設される一対の上内フラップ１４と、一対の第２側壁１１に連設される一対の上外フラップ１５と、を備え、上内フラップ１４は係止片２０（差込穴２７）を有し、上外フラップ１５は、外側縁から内側に向けて切り込まれるスリット３０と、スリット３０よりも先端側に形成される差込片３１と、平行折線３４と傾斜折線３５とを含む差込折線３３と、を有し、上外フラップ１５が差込折線３３で屈曲されると、スリット３０と傾斜折線３５との間の側部領域Ｓ２が差込片３１に対して引き上げられ、上外フラップ１５が差込折線３３での屈曲を伸ばされ、差込片３１が差込穴２７に差し込まれると、差込片３１の基端が係止片２０の幅狭部の先端に噛み合う。【選択図】図４
