To solve a problem that thermal efficiency is poor in a conventional configuration of a sheet temperature control device.SOLUTION: A sheet temperature control device includes a heat exchanger, a heat conductive sheet connected to a lower surface of the heat exchanger, and a control device connected to the heat exchanger and capable of controlling the sheet to be heated/cooled through a temperature change of the heat exchanger, and is configured so that a top surface of the heat exchanger is arranged just below a part of the body, and the heat conductive sheet is arranged just below another part of the body. The sheet temperature control device can maintain wakefulness with lower energy consumption. For example, the device can be used for a driving seat for a driver and the like to maintain wakefulness of the driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】上記従来の構成では、熱効率が悪いことが課題であった。【解決手段】本発明は、熱交換装置と、前記熱交換装置の下面に接続された熱伝導シートと、前記熱交換装置に接続され、前記熱交換装置の温度変化を通じてシートを加温・冷却に制御可能な制御装置を備え、前記熱交換装置の上面は、身体の一部の直下に配置され、前記熱伝導シートは、前記身体の別の一部の直下に配置された構成とした。本発明のシート温調装置は、より低いエネルギー消費で覚醒を維持することができる。例えば、ドライバの運転席などに用いることができ、ドライバの覚醒を維持することができる。【選択図】図１
