To provide a display control device, display control method, and display control program capable of displaying appropriate attention calling information in response to an inattentiveness degree of a driver.SOLUTION: A display control device includes: an image acquisition section 11 for acquiring an image of a circumference of a vehicle; a preliminary action detection section 16 for detecting a preliminary action of a pedestrian existing in the circumference of the vehicle to cross a travel road in front of the vehicle based on the image: a traffic light detection section 13 for detecting a traffic light existing in the circumference of the pedestrian; an inattentiveness degree determination section 18 for determining an inattentiveness degree being the degree to neglect to pay attention to the circumference of the vehicle by a driver of the vehicle; a crossing preparation level setting section 17 for setting a crossing preparation level which indicates a crossing possibility of the pedestrian based on the preliminary action; and a threshold setting section 19 for setting a threshold with respect to the crossing preparation level based on the inattentiveness degree.
