Abstract | To provide an electromagnetic contactor in which contact reliability is improved by avoiding a conduction failure at opening/closing of a main circuit by restricting turning of a movable contactor, and a problem of degrading of insulation and arc-extinguishing performance between contact points of the movable contactor is solved.SOLUTION: When a movable contactor 13 moves upward and downward, a front side sliding section 45, a rear side sliding section 46, a left side sliding section 47, and a right side sliding section 48 of a sliding member 43 fixed to four sides (front, rear, left, and right) of a contact support 14 abut and slide on a front side rotation restricting section 53, a rear side rotation restricting section 54, a left side rotation restricting section 55, and a right side rotation restricting section 56 of a rotation restricting member 50, consequently the turning of the movable contactor 13 is restricted. Even when arrangement of arc-extinguishing permanent magnets 42a and 42b are changed by design change, eccentricity of a movable plunger 21 due to magnetic attraction is restricted by the rotation restricting sections arranged at front, rear, left, and right of the rotation restricting member, so that direct acting property of the movable plunger is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】可動接触子の回転を規制して主回路の開閉時の導通不良を回避して接触信頼性を向上させると同時に、可動接触子の接点間の絶縁低下や消弧性能の低下を解決した電磁接触器を提供する。【解決手段】可動接触子13が上方及び下方に移動する際には、接点支え14の四方(前後左右)に固定した摺動部材43の前側摺動部45、後側摺動部46、左側摺動部47及び右側摺動部48が、回転規制部材50の前側回転規制部53、後側回転規制部54、左側回転規制部55及び右側回転規制部56に当接して摺動するので、可動接触子13の回動が規制される。そして、設計変更によりアーク消弧用永久磁石42a,42bを配置変更しても、摺動部材の前後左右に配置した摺動部と、回転規制部材の前後左右に配置した回転規制部が可動プランジャ21の磁気吸引による偏心を規制し、可動プランジャの直動性を向上させる。【選択図】図5 |
