Abstract To reduce unnecessary actions of security companies by making users aware of contact with the security companies when there is a release operation in a security release prohibition time zone.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal is provided on a security target, allows a security mode to be set to at least an alert mode and an alert release mode, connected to a security device that transmits switching information indicating a switching result of the security mode according to a switching operation of the security mode, and enables setting of the security mode through the switching operation from a remote place. The mobile terminal includes display control means that displays in a switchable manner an operation screen for accepting the switching operation and a chat screen for displaying a message group including a mode switching message corresponding to the switching information in chronological order.
