Abstract To provide a medical pump management system that can efficiently and accurately grasp a medical pump device required to be dealt with in accordance with an operation status.SOLUTION: A pump management server 3 is configured to store pump status information and a forecast issue condition for every a medical pump device 2, determine whether the forecast issue condition is satisfied or not, using the pump status information for each medical pump device 2, and when determining that the condition is satisfied, transmit the content of the satisfied forecast issue condition, and a forecast issue command including patient ID information associated with pump ID information on the medical pump device 2 to a nurse call system 6. The nurse call system 6 is configured to notify a nurse of information included in the forecast issue command via a terminal device 63.
