Summary:To provide a battery cooling system that circulates refrigerant in a cooling circuit and is capable of suppressing an occurrence of anomaly caused by icing of moisture mixed in an electric refrigerant.SOLUTION: The battery cooling system includes a cooling circuit having a cooling path that passes through battery packs and circulates a refrigerant, a first heater provided on the cooling circuit on the outlet side of the cooling path, a water pool formed on an installation location of the first heater, which is the lowest portion of the cooling circuit in a vertical direction, a filter provided on the cooling circuit on the inlet side of the cooling path, a second heater for heating the filter, and a control device for controlling the first heater and the second heater.
