Abstract To enable both of viewpoint movement and work support by a hand motion, desired by a user.SOLUTION: An arithmetic device displays a three-dimensional work-target object in a three-dimensional coordinate space on a display device, and receives a motion signal that is a signal indicating a motion measured by any one of sensor units. When receiving the motion signal, the arithmetic device identifies the measured motion on the basis of the motion signal. When the identified motion is a motion relating to a space shift that is a shift of a user viewpoint in the three-dimensional space, the arithmetic device shifts the viewpoint in the three-dimensional space of the user according to the identified motion.
