Summary:To provide a vehicle battery monitoring system capable of speedily determining whether the battery of a vehicle is stolen or whether the vehicle is attacked to make the battery defective.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery monitoring system 10 comprises a sensor 40, a current consumption circuit 50, a capacitor 32, and a controller 80. The controller 80 acquires a measured voltage value obtained by measuring a voltage by the sensor 40, controls the operation of the current consumption circuit 50 based upon the measured voltage value, and then controls the operation of the sensor 40 based upon the measured voltage value. The controller 80 compares the measured voltage value with a first voltage value lower than the voltage of a power supply. The controller 80 performs at least one of response improvement processing and current consumption processing when the measured voltage value reaches the first voltage value as the measured voltage value decreases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両からのバッテリが盗難されたか否か又は電源を失陥させるような攻撃を車両が受けたか否かを速やかに判定できる車両バッテリ監視システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両バッテリ監視システム10は、センサ40と、電流消費回路50と、キャパシタ32と、制御装置80とを備える。制御装置80は、センサ40による電圧の測定によって得られた測定電圧値を取得し、測定電圧値に基づいて電流消費回路50の動作を制御し、測定電圧値に基づいてセンサ40の動作を制御する。制御装置80は、電源の電圧よりも低い第1電圧値と、測定電圧値とを比較する。制御装置80は、測定電圧値の低下に伴って第1電圧値と測定電圧値とが等しくなった際に、応答性向上処理及び電流消費処理のうち少なくとも一方を実施する。【選択図】図1
