Abstract | To provide a low noise amplifier and a control method of an amplifier circuit capable of detecting faults.SOLUTION: An amplifier circuit includes an amplification transistor that amplifies a signal input from an input terminal and outputs it to a first node, a current mirror circuit that supplies a bias current to the amplification transistor, a resistor provided in a feedback path that returns the output of the first node to the input terminal, and a first switch provided in the feedback path to make the feedback path conductive or non-conductive, and a low noise amplifier uses the first switch to make the feedback path non-conductive when detecting a failure in the amplifier transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
