To efficiently notify a watchman of valuable information according to a condition of a train regarding a station platform.SOLUTION: A train traveling support device comprises: a person position determination unit which determines a physical relation between a person at a station platform and a train based on an imaging result of a camera whose imaging range includes the vicinity of a train side face; an event detection unit which detects an event to be reported to a watchman based on the imaging result of the camera; an identification unit which identifies a condition of the train regarding the station platform; a display control unit which notifies the watchman of the physical relation of the person and/or information on the event by displaying and outputting the same on a prescribed display device.
