To provide a lighting device capable of easily removing a light source unit.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 includes a long fixture body 20, a long light source unit 16, an attachment mechanism, and an end member 23. The attachment mechanism removably attaches the light source unit 16 to the fixture body 20 by moving the light source unit 16 toward the fixture body 20 from a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the fixture body 20.
