Abstract | To provide a thermal medium supply device capable of reducing a charging time of a battery and being easily spread.SOLUTION: In the case where a battery 72 is cooled at the time of the charging of a vehicle, a blowout part 26 of a heating medium supply device 10 supplies a heating medium of which an absolute water amount is large against an outer air while having a low temperature against the outer air to an outer air heat exchanger 423. Thus, the blowout part 26 increases a radiation heat amount from a liquid medium in the outer air heat exchanger 423 as compared to the case where the outer air exchanges a heat with the liquid medium in the outer air heat exchanger 423 in replacement of the heating medium. Therefore, since a cooling of the battery 72 is promoted, a charging time of the battery 72 can be reduced. Then, since a vehicle 70 comprises a temperature adjustment device 40 having the outer air heat exchanger 423, the heating medium supply device 10 can be easily spread because the temperature adjustment device 40 does not require a construction dedicated for using the heating medium supply device 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
