Abstract | To provide a mattress for reducing a difference of a body pressure dispersion effect to be generated depending on a use direction when a user applies a body weight.SOLUTION: A mattress 1 has a predetermined thickness in a thickness direction and a front surface 2 is extended in a plane direction orthogonal to the thickness direction. In the thickness direction, the mattress has a plurality of projections 3 where three layers being the first layers 31, the second layers 32, and the third layer 33 are laminated from the front surface 2. The projections 3 are consecutively formed in the plane direction. In the projections 3, the first layers 31 are consecutively arranged and the second layers 32 have density and/or hardness lower than those of the first layers 31 and the third layer 33. The first layers 31 may have regular projections/recessions in the thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
