To provide an engagement structure of a door inner panel and a door weather strip which can be easily attached and removed without the necessity of a clip, and is suppressed in a cost increase.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: An engagement part 33 of a door weather strip 30 is protruded to both sides, and has a tapered protrusion 35. An attachment part 20 is formed into a substantially-L shape, and a recess 23 straddling a substantially-L shaped first side part 21 and a second side part 22 is formed. In the recess 23, there are formed a first recess 24 which is formed at the first side part 21 side into which one protrusion 35 of the engagement part 33 can be inserted from a point A of the first side upper part 21 having a depth shallower than that of the engagement part 33 at an upper part of the second side part 22, and a second recess 25 which is formed above the second side part 22, being the second side part 22 side from a point B in which a distance from the point A is shorter than a width of the engagement part 33, connected to the first recess 24, and can accommodate the protrusion 35. The recess 23 of the attachment part 20 and the protrusion 35 of the engagement part 33 are engaged with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】クリップを必要とすることなく、容易に取付け及び取外すことができ、且つコストアップを抑制したドアのインナパネルとドアウェザストリップの係合構造を提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】ドアウェザストリップ３０の係合部３３は両側に突出し、先細り形状の突出部３５を有し、取付部２０は略Ｌ字形状であり、略Ｌ字の第1辺部２１と第２辺部２２に跨る凹部２３が形成され、凹部２３は第２辺部２２より上方で、係合部３３の深さ未満の第１辺上２１の点Ａから係合部３３の一方の突出部３５が挿入可能な第１辺部２１側に形成された第１凹部２４と、第２辺部２２上であり、点Ａからの距離が係合部３３の幅未満の点Ｂから第２辺部２２側であり、第１凹部２４と連結して突出部３５を収納可能な第２凹部２５が形成され、取付部２０の凹部２３と係合部３３の突出部３５が係合する。【選択図】図４
