Abstract To provide a perfusion system that can automatically perform both medium exchange and continuous perfusion in a stable culture environment even in a closed system.SOLUTION: A waste liquid system is realized by operating a pump in the direction of suctioning the inside of a culture container, and opening a discharge path tube 11 for taking out a liquid in the container and an open path tube 15 using a pinch valve. At this time, since an airtight container is in a natural open state, outside air flows into the open path tube 15 through an air filter and is taken into the airtight container, and at the same time, the culture medium in the airtight container is collected into a waste liquid bottle through the discharge path tube 11 for taking out the liquid in the container. A liquid supply system is realized by operating the pump in the direction of sucking the inside of the culture container, and opening a liquid supply path tube 3 and a discharge path tube 7 for maintaining a liquid level, using the pinch valve.
