To provide a novel and useful technique capable of purifying a fluid.SOLUTION: An fluid purification device is provided with a plurality of purification units arranged in parallel. Each of the plurality of purification units is provided with an inflow part, an outflow part, and a zigzag-shaped fluid flow path.
