To restrict abrasion wear of a pulverization roller and an inner surface of a protective member.SOLUTION: Provided is a roller journal protector to be attached to a pulverizer. The pulverizer includes: a pulverization table; a pulverization roller unit 20; and an air outlet provided on an outer peripheral side of the pulverization table in order to blow out transporting gas upward.
