Abstract | To provide a polyelectrolyte that contains only a small amount of ionization aid but yet has excellent ion conductivity, small interfacial resistance, and excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A polyelectrolyte contains an alkali metal salt, an ionization aid, inorganic particles and a polymer. The inorganic particles have polar groups on their surfaces, wherein at least some polar groups are partially substituted with alkali metal cations.
