Abstract To provide an anti-pathogenic and anti-allergenic member using metal copper, the anti-pathogenic and anti-allergenic member having high anti-pathogenic and anti-allergenic activity.SOLUTION: An anti-pathogenic and anti-allergenic member comprises a substrate, and an electroless copper plated layer on a surface of the substrate.
