Summary:To make it possible to perform transmission processing according to a transmission order while avoiding signal collision even when there is a slave station that does not receive information indicating granting of a transmission right in underwater communication.SOLUTION: The present invention is a communication device that performs underwater communication with a plurality of slave stations.
