Abstract | To provide a motor with a lighter weight without affecting magnetic characteristics.SOLUTION: A motor has: a rotor 2 which has a magnet 21 annularly disposed on a radially outer side of a central axis extending in the vertical direction, and which is rotatable around the central axis; and a stator 3 which is disposed on a radially inner side of the rotor in a manner facing the magnet in the radial direction. The stator has: a stator core 31 which has an annular core back 311 and a plurality of teeth 312 extending radially outward from the core back; windings disposed on the teeth; an insulation member 33 which axially covers the stator core and is disposed between the teeth and the windings; and a magnetic spacer which is disposed between the stator core and the insulation member in the axial direction. The spacer has a protrusion 341 disposed on a radially outer edge. The protrusion extends in a direction axially away from the stator core and faces the magnet in the radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
