Abstract | To provide a synthetic resin container which achieves both improvement of side surface rigidity of a trunk part and improvement of buckling strength by an annular recessed rib.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin container 1 comprises a mouth part 2, a barrel part 4 formed into a cylindrical shape, and a bottom part 5. On the barrel part 4, annular recessed ribs protruding radially inward and annularly extending in a circumferential direction are formed. At least one of the annular recessed ribs is an annular recessed rib 10 with a bent shape which comprises a bent shape part 11 bent to protrude toward either one side of the mouth part 2 side or the bottom part 5 side at a local position in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
