In the side part flap 32, a first connecting hole 50A and a second connecting hole 50B are formed in the front and rear. Right and left insertion pieces 61, 61 formed in a tip end part of the end part flap 31 are inserted into the first connecting hole 50A and the second connecting hole 50B.
