Abstract | To provide a second agent composition that can achieve stable discharge of an agent from an aerosol container and provides stable hair dyeing/bleaching effects by minimizing the use of ionic surfactant and keeping the viscosity constant from before the agent is filled into the aerosol container to after it is discharged from the aerosol container.SOLUTION: Provided is a second agent composition for an aerosol-type hair dye or bleach to be used by mixing with a first agent composition containing an alkaline agent, the second agent composition containing the following components (A) to (D): (A) hydrogen peroxide; (B) a nonionic surfactant; (C) a higher alcohol; and (D) hydrocarbons, the mass ratio [(C)+(D)]/(B) being 1.0 or more and 3.5 or less, the mass ratio (D)/(C) being 1.3 or more and 2.1 or less, and the viscosity immediately after being discharged from the container being 10,000 mPa s or more and 100,000 mPa s or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
