Summary:To provide a denitration part blockage prevention device that can reduce particles derived from calcium salt and a solid derived from urea to prevent blockage of an SCR catalyst having a honeycomb shape, thereby preventing denitration efficiency from deteriorating.SOLUTION: A denitration part blockage prevention device comprises: an exhaust gas pipe 3 through which exhaust gas containing calcium sulfate-containing particles flows; a urea water supply pipe 4 capable of spraying urea water, which is inserted into the exhaust gas pipe 3; a reflector 7 that is arranged on the downstream side of a site where urea water is sprayed from the urea water supply pipe 4 in a traveling direction of the exhaust gas, and has a hydrolysis catalyst applied to one or both of a front surface and a back surface, and a denitration part 8 that comprises a honeycomb-shaped SCR catalyst on the downstream side of the site of the exhaust gas pipe 3 where the reflector 7 is provided. The denitration part blockage prevention device is configured to hydrolyze urea to generate ammonia (NH3) with the action of the hydrolysis catalyst applied to the reflector 7, and at the same time, make at least some of the particles collide with the reflector 7 and drop to prevent them from moving toward the denitration part 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カルシウム塩由来のパーティクルと尿素由来の固形物を低減してハニカム形状を有するSCR触媒の閉塞を防止し、脱硝効率を低下せない脱硝部の閉塞防止装置を提供すること。【解決手段】硫酸カルシウムを含有するパーティクルを含む排ガスが流れる排ガス管3と、排ガス管3内に挿通してなる、尿素水を噴霧可能な尿素水供給管4と、排ガスの進行方向で、尿素水供給管4から尿素水を噴霧する部位の下流側に配置され、表面と裏面の何れか一方の面又は両方の面に加水分解触媒が付与された反射板7と、排ガス管3の反射板7を設けた部位の下流側に、ハニカム状のSCR触媒を備えた脱硝部8とを備え、反射板7に付与された加水分解触媒の作用により、尿素を加水分解してアンモニア(NH3)を生成すると共に、反射板7にパーティクルの少なくとも一部を衝突させ落下させて脱硝部8に移動させない構造を有することを特徴とする脱硝部の閉塞防止装置。【選択図】図1
