Abstract To provide a vehicle lower part structure which can improve the seating comfortableness of a rear seat.SOLUTION: A vehicle lower part structure comprises: a center floor cross 14 which extends in the vehicle width direction; a tunnel 16 which extends to the front side of a vehicle from the center floor cross 14; a rear seat frame 18 which supports a seat surface of a rear seat; a plurality of seat legs 20 which extend to the lower side from a front end of the rear seat frame 18; a battery unit 24 which is arranged on the lower side of the rear seat frame 18; and a plurality of fastening brackets 28 which fix the battery unit 24 to the center floor cross 14.
