To reduce an amount of data on change information provided to a cooker.SOLUTION: A change information provision system includes a cooker 1, a change information provision device 2, and a change information DB 3 in which change information is stored. The cooker 1 includes a heating part 12, a storage part 16 in which cooking sequence information is stored, and the change information can be stored, a cooker control part 18 for controlling the heating part 12 on the basis of the cooking sequence information and the change information, and a cooker communication part 17 for receiving the change information. The change information provision device 2 includes a provision device communication part 21 for transmitting the change information and a provision device control part 22. The cooking sequence information includes a plurality of basic parameters indicating heating time or heating force. The change information has change parameters arranged in a predetermined order.
