Summary:To provide a powder supply device which can supply a powder stably.SOLUTION: A powder supply device includes: a granulation part which binds multiple primary particles to form secondary particles larger than the primary particles; a transfer part which transfers the secondary particles; and a crushing part which crushes the secondary particles transferred by the transfer part to generate the primary particles from the secondary particles and supply the primary particles to a supply destination. The granulation part forms the secondary particles each having a particle diameter larger than that of the primary particle. The transfer part transfers the secondary particles having the large particle diameters. Then, the secondary particles are crushed into the original primary particles by the crushing part just before being supplied to the supply destination. The process allows a powder having a small particle diameter to be supplied to the supply destination without causing a trouble in the transfer part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】粉末をより安定的に供給することが可能な粉末供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】粉末供給装置は、複数の一次粒子を結合することで一次粒子よりも大きい二次粒子を形成する造粒部と、二次粒子を移送する移送部と、移送部によって移送された二次粒子を解砕することで該二次粒子から一次粒子を生成し、供給先に供給する解砕部と、を備える。造粒部が一次粒子よりも粒径の大きい二次粒子を形成する。移送部はこの粒径の大きな二次粒子を移送する。その後、供給先に供給される直前に解砕部によって二次粒子はもとの一次粒子に解砕される。これにより、粒径の小さな粉末が移送部で不具合を起こすことなく、供給先に供給されることが可能となる。【選択図】図2
