To provide a tablet comprising Aronia extract, the tablet having improved disintegratability while retaining its hardness.SOLUTION: In order to solve the foregoing problem, there is provided a tablet comprising (A) Aronia extract and (B) carrageenan, with the content of the component (A) being 10 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less and the content of the component (B) being 3 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less. This can provide a tablet comprising Aronia extract, the tablet having improved disintegratability while retaining its hardness.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、アロニアエキスを含有する錠剤において、崩壊性が向上され、さらに錠剤の硬度が維持された錠剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、（Ａ）アロニアエキス、及び（Ｂ）カラギーナンを含有し、前記（Ａ）成分の含有量が１０質量％以上６０質量％以下であり、前記（Ｂ）成分の含有量が３質量％以上３０質量％以下であることを特徴とする錠剤が提供される。これにより、アロニアエキスを含有する錠剤において、崩壊性が向上され、さらに錠剤の硬度が維持された錠剤を提供することができる。【選択図】なし
