Abstract To detect the conductivity by utilizing a structure of a water level sensor.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a water level and conductivity detecting device which includes a reference electrode (110) to be inserted into a tank in which the liquid should be stored and one or more detection electrodes, and detects the water level in the tank by detecting the presence or absence of continuity between the reference electrode and one or more detection electrodes. One or more detection electrodes includes an object detection electrode (111) covered with an insulator.
