Abstract To disclose one example of a flow rate detection device.SOLUTION: A flow rate detection device includes: temperature sensors 11A, 11B for detecting the temperature rise degree of water flowing through a casing 2B when a pump 2 is operated; and an arithmetic device 12 for determining the discharge flow rate by utilizing relationship between the detected rise temperature detected by the temperature sensors 11A, 11B, and the previously stored relationship and the flow rate.
