Abstract | To provide a power supply system that outputs AC power by using battery strings.SOLUTION: A power supply system 1 includes: an AC power supply circuit 2 that converts DC power of a first DC sweep unit 10 including a battery string St1 into AC power with a first inverter 51 and outputs the AC power; and an AC sweep unit 3 that includes a U-phase battery string St4, a V-phase battery string St6, and a W-phase battery string St8 that are Y-connected. An output density of batteries B of the battery string St1 is higher than that of batteries B of the AC sweep unit 3. The AC sweep unit 3 and the AC power supply circuit 2 output AC power. After a predetermined time period has elapsed, the output of the AC power from the AC power supply circuit 2 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
