To provide an external preparation for skin which enhances skin permeability of cannabidiol by incorporating (a) cannabidiol and (b) an oil solution (provided that a hydrocarbon oil and a silicone oil are excluded) after finding an external preparation for skin having a percutaneous absorption promoting action of cannabidiol.SOLUTION: Permeability of cannabidiol to the skin can be enhanced by blending an oil solution (provided that a hydrocarbon oil and a silicone oil are excluded) as a percutaneous absorption enhancer of cannabidiol in an external preparation for skin which contains (a) cannabidiol and (b) an oil solution (provided that a hydrocarbon oil and a silicone oil are excluded).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明においては、カンナビジオールの経皮吸収促進作用を有する皮膚外用剤を見出し、（ａ）カンナビジオール及び（ｂ）油剤（但し、炭化水素油及びシリコーン油を除く）を含有することにより、カンナビジオールの皮膚への透過性を高めた皮膚外用剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】（ａ）カンナビジオール及び（ｂ）油剤（但し、炭化水素油及びシリコーン油を除く）を含有する皮膚外用剤において、油剤（但し、炭化水素油及びシリコーン油を除く）をカンナビジオールの皮膚吸収促進剤として配合することにより、カンナビジオールの皮膚への透過性を高めることができる。【選択図】なし
