To provide a drain valve device that increases reliability in a cleaning water supply capability, a water storage device, and a flush toilet bowl.SOLUTION: A drain valve device includes: a valve body 42 that opens/closes a drain water port; a float structure 48 that is mounted to the valve body and lowers the valve body in conjunction with descent of a water level in a water storage tank by buoyant force generated in an internal space; and a valve body lower float additionally-provided part 72 that forms an additionally-provided internal space 74 by being mounted to protrude to a lower side relative to the valve body. In the valve body lower float additionally-provided part, a fitting hole 78 that fits into a mounting part of the float structure is formed, the fitting hole communicates with the additionally-provided internal space in the valve body lower float additionally-provided part.
