Abstract To improve accuracy in checking of a coordinate measurement device by using a check gauge.SOLUTION: A check gauge 20 is a triangular pyramid-shaped check gauge for a coordinate measurement device, and includes: a plurality of support members 21 where one end is placed at a position corresponding to a vertex of the triangular pyramid and the other ends are mutually joined in an area inside the triangular pyramid; and a plurality of spheres 23 provided at positions corresponding to the vertices of the triangular pyramid in the support members 21.
