The battery stack includes: a lower case 2 having at least a portion located below the plurality of battery cells 3; an insulating first heat transfer member 8 coming into contact with the bottom surfaces of at least two or more battery cells 3 among the plurality of battery cells 3 across the at least two or more battery cells; and a second heat transfer member 9 coming into contact with both the bottom surface of the first heat transfer member 8 and the top surface of the lower case 2, the second heat transfer member 9 having higher vertical elasticity than the first heat transfer member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
