To provide a battery stack in which, even if there are variations in the position and posture of individual battery cells, appropriate heat transfer is exhibited for all battery cells, and insulation is also ensured.SOLUTION: There is provided a battery stack 1 in which a plurality of battery cells 3 is arranged in a horizontal direction.
