To provide a panel structure for construction capable of efficiently closing a temporary opening formed in the outer wall when constructing a building with an outer wall in which multiple outer wall surface materials are arranged vertically, a temporary fixing member, and production stand.SOLUTION: In the panel structure for construction, only the top side of an exterior wall face material 51 is screwed by screws 503 to a vertical furring strip 502 placed at the rear side of the exterior wall face material 51, and the lower side of the vertical furring strip 502 is temporarily fixed by a temporary fixing member 9 to the lower side of the exterior wall face material 51.
