Abstract To provide a two motor type hybrid all-wheel-drive vehicle which can perform regeneration by a front-wheel at the time of deceleration, and realize ideal front and rear wheel driving force distribution when shifting from EV travel, restarting an engine, to HEV travel.SOLUTION: A hybrid all-wheel-drive vehicle 1 comprises: a first clutch 42 which is mounted between a second motor generator 12 and a front wheel; and a second clutch 51 which is mounted between the second motor generator 12 and a rear wheel.
