To suppress temperature drop of a yarn running space and the like due to disturbance and immediately raise temperature of the yarn running space and the like even if the temperature of the yarn running space and the like drops.SOLUTION: A first heater 13 (heater) for heating a yarn Y running in a yarn running space S has a heat source 51 and a heating portion 52. The heating portion 52 is configured so as to be heated by the heat source 51 and form the yarn running space S extending at least in a predetermined first direction. The heating portion 52 has a first heating member 53 formed of a first material and a second heating member 54 formed of a second material. A cross section orthogonal to the first direction of the second heating member 54 is disposed at least between the heat source 51 and the yarn running space S.
