Summary:To provide an electrostatic charge image development toner capable of preventing adhesion thereof to a fixing member when an image with low image density is formed.SOLUTION: An electrostatic charge image development toner provided herein comprises toner particles, each comprising a core containing a binder resin and a mold release agent having a melting temperature Tm of 80°C or less and a coating layer covering the core and containing an amorphous polyester resin. A cross-sectional observation of a toner particle shows the presence of one or more and three or less domains of the mold release agent with a circle-equivalent diameter of 1-3 μm, inclusive, in the core. The toner particles have a volume-average particle diameter in a range of 4.2-5.8 μm, inclusive.
