Summary:To provide a composite film which can achieve steam removal performance equivalent to conventional steam removal performance even when only one resin layer having thermosetting property is arranged between a base material layer and a heat-seal layer, provides a half cut in a necessary part and thereby can specify a part where steam is removed in heating by a microwave oven, and suppresses occurrence of lamination-lift; a packaging bag, a lid material and a container with a lid which are formed of the composite film, and a method for manufacturing a composite film.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition having a specific structure is applied as a thermosetting adhesive resin layer of a composite film that is used as a packaging material. Specifically, it is a composite film in which at least a base material layer, a thermosetting adhesive resin layer and a heat seal layer are laminated in this order, and the thermosetting adhesive resin layer is composed of a thermosetting adhesive resin forming a crosslinking structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】基材層とヒートシール層との間に、熱軟化性を有する樹脂層の1層のみを配置した場合であっても、従来と同等の蒸気抜き性能を実現できるとともに、必要な箇所にハーフカットを設けることで、電子レンジ等による加熱に際して蒸気抜きの箇所を特定することができ、更に、ラミ浮きの発生が抑制された、複合フィルム、当該複合フィルムから形成された包装袋、蓋材、蓋付き容器、及び複合フィルムの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】包装材料となる複合フィルムの熱軟化性接着樹脂層として、特定の構成の接着剤組成物を適用する。具体的には、少なくとも、基材層と、熱軟化性接着樹脂層と、ヒートシール層と、がこの順で積層された複合フィルムであって、熱軟化性接着樹脂層を、架橋構造を形成する熱軟化性接着剤樹脂から構成する。【選択図】図1
