Abstract | To provide a communication system that can minimize time difference between signals transmitted from a master to a plurality of slaves connected in a daisy chain.SOLUTION: A control unit 6 and each drive section 11 connected in a daisy chain each include isolated communication circuits 13 and 14. When the control unit 6 measures a communication delay time between the control unit 6 and each drive section 11, based on a response time for transmission of a pulse signal to each drive section 11 in a measurement period, the control unit transmits a shift time for equalizing timings of signals output by the respective drive sections to the respective drive sections 11 based on each communication delay time. When receiving a command instructing to output a signal from the control unit 6, each drive section 11 outputs the signal at a time point at which the shift time passes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
