Abstract | To provide a film exhibiting excellent performance in dry curability and corrosion preventing property.SOLUTION: A film formation material contains a synthetic resin, a pigment and a water-insoluble agent, wherein the synthetic resin is an oxidation curing type resin, pigment volume concentration of the pigment is 30% or more and 70% or less, and the water-insoluble agent contains specific amounts of a hydrocarbon solvent, and a polar solvent having one or more polar groups selected from a hydroxyl group, an ether group and an ester group and a boiling point of 70°C or higher and 260°C or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: None
