Summary:To provide a root crop harvester capable of solving problems for example, when a flexible container bag filled with root crops is lowered to a farm field toward a rear side of a machine body, a flexible container bag lowered to the farm field is near a machine body which advances, when harvesting crops in an adjacent row, when the flexible container bag contacts the machine body and the flexible container bag is torn and the root crops are scattered to the farm field therefore proper harvesting work cannot be achieved, and to provide a root crop harvester capable of avoiding contact of the machine body to the flexible container bag and the like lowered to the farm field.SOLUTION: There is provided a root crop harvester comprising: a mounting base 26 having a plurality of bases 52, 55, the mounting base is displaced between a state in which a storage member 22 is mounted so as to store root crops transported from a harvesting part C in a storage part E, and a storage state in which a lower side of the storage member 22 is opened so as to lower the storage member 22 to a farm field; and a movement device 24 for suspending the storage member 22 and lowering the same to the farm field at outside of a machine body lateral direction, and lowering the storage member to the farm field in a state in which the mounting base 26 is displaced to the storage state and the lower side of the storage member 22 is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】根菜類が満杯になったフレコンバッグを機体後方に向けて圃場に降ろすので、隣接条の作物を収穫する際に圃場に降ろされたフレコンバッグが進行する機体のすぐ側方にあり、機体にフレコンバッグが接触してフレコンバッグが破れて根菜類が圃場に散乱して適正な収穫作業が行なえなくなる。そこで、圃場に降ろしたフレコンバッグ等の収容部材に機体が接触することを回避した根菜類収穫機を提供する。【解決手段】収容部Ｅに収穫部Ｃから搬送された根菜類を収納するように収容部材２２を載置する状態と、収容部材２２を下方の圃場に降ろすように収容部材２２の下方を開放する収納状態に変位する複数個の台５２，５５の載置台２６を設けると共に、収容部材２２を吊って機体左右方向外側の圃場に降ろし及び載置台２６が収納状態に変位して収容部材２２の下方が開放された圃場に降ろす移動装置２４を設ける。【選択図】図２
