Summary:To provide a method for estimating an internal deterioration state of a deteriorated cell that performs a fitting operation in consideration of electrochemical characteristics of a battery, and a measurement system.SOLUTION: A measurement system 100 calculates a target capacity characteristic curve 12 by differentiating the current capacity of a target charge curve 10 of a target battery OB with respect to the voltage in a method for estimating an internal deterioration state of a deteriorated cell. Furthermore, the method for estimating the internal deterioration state acquires changes in multiple types of parameters on the basis of fitting operations of the target capacity characteristic curve 12 and reference data 20. In the fitting operations, out of the low-current-capacity side and the high-current-capacity side of a reference capacity characteristic curve 30 and the target capacity characteristic curve 12, the one with the stronger correlation is first fitted, and then the one with the weaker correlation is fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】電池の電気化学特性を考慮したフィッティング操作を行う劣化セルの内部劣化状態推定方法、及び測定システムを提供する。【解決手段】測定システム100は、劣化セルの内部劣化状態推定方法において、対象電池OBの対象充電曲線10について電流容量を電圧で微分することで、対象容量特性曲線12を算出する。さらに、内部劣化状態推定方法は、対象容量特性曲線12と基準データ20のフィッティング操作に基づき、複数種類のパラメータの変化を取得する。フィッティング操作では、基準容量特性曲線30及び対象容量特性曲線12の低電流容量側と高電流容量側のうち相関が強い方を先にフィットさせた後に、相関が弱い方をフィットさせる。【選択図】図4
