Abstract | To provide a power conversion device capable of suppressing a change in a power factor of an interconnection point better.SOLUTION: The power conversion device includes: a main circuit unit that converts power from a distributed power supply device to AC power corresponding to a power grid; and a control unit that controls the operation of the main circuit unit. The control unit includes a reference data storage unit and an output value setting unit. The reference data storage unit stores reference data representing a relation between a magnitude of active power of the main circuit unit, and a magnitude or power factor of reactive power of the main circuit unit to achieve a target power factor at a point of connection with the power grid. The output value setting unit controls the main circuit unit to obtain from the reference data the magnitude or power factor of the reactive power of the main circuit unit corresponding to the magnitude of the active power by referring to the reference data stored in the reference data storage unit on the basis of the magnitude of the active power of the main circuit unit, determine the magnitude of the reactive power of the main circuit unit on the basis of the magnitude or power factor of the reactive power obtained from the reference data, and output the reactive power of the determined magnitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
