Abstract | To provide a technique for detecting a coating failure of a powder material, and suppressing deterioration in dimensional accuracy of a molded article due to the coating failure.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional laminate molding apparatus includes: a powder coating apparatus 16 which has a squeegee, and coats a powder material to a molding plate 22 and forms a powder layer; a camera for imaging a molding surface of the powder layer; and a determination part for determining whether or not a coating failure of the powder material has occurred using the image imaged by the camera during or immediately after passage of the squeegee through the molding surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
